När alla nödvändiga tillstånd och arrangemang är klara, kommer utredningsåtgärderna att genomföras av biträdande åklagaren i ärendet, chefsåklagare Ingrid Isgren tillsammans med en utredare från polisen. Närmare information om tidpunkt för detta kommer inte att lämnas.

Ingrid Isgren kommer inte att ge några intervjuer under besöket i London. Eftersom det är fråga om en pågående förundersökning, där sedvanlig sekretess råder, kommer åklagarna heller inte att lämna någon information kring resultatet av utredningsåtgärderna.

Report on the Assange matter

Director of Public Prosecution Marianne Ny has submitted a request for legal assistance to the English authorities and a request to Ecuadorian authorities regarding permission to interview Julian Assange at Ecuador's embassy in London during June-July 2015, at a period of time that would be suitable for all parties concerned.

When all necessary permits and arrangements are ready, the investigative matters will be performed by the supporting prosecutor to the case, Chief Prosecutor Ingrid Isgren, together with a police investigator. No information concerning the time for the investigation matters will be provided.

Ingrid Isgren will not give interviews during the stay in London. As the investigation is ongoing it is subject to usual secrecy. Therefore, the prosecutors will not provide information concerning the results of the interviews with Julian Assange.

When information can be provided it will be published at the Swedish Prosecution Authority's web page, www.aklagare.se.
